Shipments are by courier, with delivery anywhere in Italy within 48-72 hours.
Payments can be made by credit card (using PayPal or Stripe), or by bank transfer. This will all be requested while we are processing your order, and will not involve any change to the original price. If any items are missing from your package, we will send them to you by priority mail at our expense, once we have established what is lacking. In cases of returns or the exchange of defective goods, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning goods to us, while we will bear the costs of returning goods to the customer.
Soc. Agricola Pacos Vini will issue an invoice for every order placed, if requested at time of submission, and this will be dispatched together with the package. Agricola Pacos Vini reserves the right to check whether all the goods are available once the order has been received, and if any are missing, to promptly inform the customer of non-acceptance of their order. Soc. Agricola Pacos Vini cannot accept responsibility for any errors in a customer’s order, as an order summary is promptly and automatically emailed to their inbox every time an order is placed. The message will include all the details entered by the customer, who must undertake to check that these are all correct, and to promptly inform the company of any corrections.
