Shipments are by courier, with delivery anywhere in Italy within 48-72 hours.
Payments can be made by credit card (using PayPal or Stripe), or by bank transfer. This will all be requested while we are processing your order, and will not involve any change to the original price. If you have any problems with shipments, defective products or missing goods, please notify us by email at info@ramaddini.com or by phone at +39.0931.1847100. If any items are missing from your package, we will send them to you by priority mail at our expense, once we have established what is lacking. In cases of returns or the exchange of defective goods, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning goods to us, while we will bear the costs of returning goods to the customer.
Soc. Agricola Pacos Vini will issue an invoice for every order placed, if requested at time of submission, and this will be dispatched together with the package. No changes can be made to the details of the order after the invoice has been issued. The customer can purchase products from the online catalogue of ramaddini.com at the time of placing their order.
As several purchases may be made at the same time by various users, Soc. Agricola Pacos Vini reserves the right to check whether all the goods are available once the order has been received, and if any are missing, to promptly inform the customer of non-acceptance of their order. Soc. Agricola Pacos Vini cannot accept responsibility for any errors in a customer’s order, as an order summary is promptly and automatically emailed to their inbox every time an order is placed. The message will include all the details entered by the customer, who must undertake to check that these are all correct, and to promptly inform the company of any corrections.
By placing an order on the ramaddini.com website, the customer is also declaring to be of legal age, and has read about the conditions of sale, the methods of payment, and the entire purchase procedure. In line with Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/89, the customer will receive an email with all the information required for identifying the seller, which the customer should keep together with the email accepting the contract. No damages may be claimed from Soc. Agricola Pacos Vini for any delays in carrying out repairs or finding replacements.
